Workforce Health & Wellness (WHW) is a local company, located in the Cape Fear area since 1998, that is the innovative creation of John W. Cromer, Jr., MD, MS, MSPH and Tonia Goudarzi, RN, BSN. Together with a dedicated team of RN’s, BSN’s, MBA’s and board-certified MDs, that collective experience spans more than five decades. John W. Cromer Jr., MD, MSPH is one of the few national Board-Certified Occupational Health Physicians, completing his specialty training at NIOSH and the University of North Carolina School of Public Health, and has served the Wilmington, NC area for over forty years.
